Lessons  

I thoroughly enjoy teaching and am happy teaching all abilities, individuals and groups.  In addition to range lessons, I specialise in short game lessons. I also like to lead by example and teach ‘in the real world’ on the course! 

Information regarding tuition fees is on posters in the clubhouse and on the range.  Look out for ‘Specials’ throughout the year. For individuals looking to seriously improve their golf I have one-to-one, tailor-made lesson programmes at very affordable prices. These have proved very successful and a number of members have greatly improved and reduced their handicap!  

Video Lessons.  I am pleased to announce that I am now able to offer Video Golf Lessons. This can offer a whole new dimension in helping you to improve your game.  Video Lessons are available from £25. 

Terry’s Swing Ring. Terry has a swing ring whereby you can feel the correct swing plane by gripping a club and completing the swing. Unlike most swing trainers, with this one you actually hit balls. Terry gives you a one-hour, one-on-one lesson whilst you use the swing ring for just £10. He then issues you with a pass card. Subsequently, you can then book an hour on the swing ring at your convenience by handing your pass card to our staff in the pro shop. This costs £3 per visit but this includes a free range token. Once you have four stamps on your pass card your fifth practice session on the swing ring, including a range token, is for free.

On the second Monday of every month Terry holds his very popular Ladies Group Lesson between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. .

Terry has five new group demonstration lessons, between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. in the driving range, followed immediately by Terry’s Course Challenge when you play the course to practice new skills.

Club Re – Gripping and Repairs

Club Custom Fit Service 

As a Professional I realise the importance of having the correct equipment to suit my game. Do your clubs suit your swing?  I offer a complete custom fit service and I am happy to check your equipment free of charge.  Just call me for an appointment on 07731 966749.  Don’t let your next set of clubs become a costly mistake! 

Treat yourself to a new set of irons and woods custom built to your own specific requirements to suit your game. You can have individual clubs made up or a complete set, choosing from a wide range of options to get the best from your game. They are designed with your personal height, swing plane, strength and swing speed in mind and they will have many advantages over an ‘off the peg’ branded club. The proof of the pudding is in the eating, so take out a demo club from the shop and add 30 yards to your game. 

Seniors and Ladies need only pay for the clubs that they really use. A set of irons, for example, can be made 5 to Sand Wedge giving you space for a 7 wood, 9 wood or extra wedges.
